I am pretty excited to see that the 10 day forecast calls for consistent 40 degree weather, and Spring is just around the corner. I cannot wait until these lakes in the Chicagoland area to be ice free.

Jefferson City MO weather report…. 2 to 3 inches of snow with temperatures around the freezing mark. KILL the GROUNDHOG!
Never trust a groundhog! Hopefully, it starts to warm up down there. The snow and ice are melting up here, but not at the rate I would like. All of the ponds/lakes I checked out yesterday were still iced over.
