Spring is here…not quite, but the sun is staying out longer and I have ample time to wet a line in my backyard lake before dark.
The crappie bite has been crazy awesome! I hooked and lost an unexpected bass that was a very nice size, but totally schooled me and my 3 wt. I even snagged a carp that took off like a bat out of hell, and left me with a little parting gift.
Spring is here.
